  • This is a guided reflection exercise designed to take around 30 minutes -but really for as long as you wish.

    Set aside a quiet moment.
    You can write with a blank piece of paper, journal freely, or simply reflect out loud with yourself.

  • I believe clarity begins with how we wish to feel.
    Things flow with ease when our goals and plans are aligned with our deepest desires - not what we feel we ‘should’ do.

    This is NOT a New Year’s resolution or goal-setting exercise.
    Instead, it’s an invitation to honour what has carried you here, and to gently sense what you wish to emerge next.

    Fall in love with the feeling you wish to cultivate, and let it become a filter for what you choose to invite in.
