A Space to slow down and come back to yourself.
Luna Sagrada Reiki sessions weave together Reiki and sound, creating space to slow down, quieten a busy mind and reconnect with the body.
A moment of stillness and deep rest, with the intention that you leave feeling grounded, clear and a little more like yourself.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Without any form of energy healing, mindfulness or meditation experience, I was unsure what to expect. I found my session to be energising and soothing at the same time - the reset I needed. Penny truly has a beautifully warm gift.
