Yoga Nidra
Yoga nidra is a guided practice of conscious rest. The body is invited through instruction into 'sleep', while a small thread of awareness remains in a state akin to hypnosis. Yoga nidra is a journey of breath, bodily relaxation, memory, imagination and the subconscious. It brings about a feeling of clarity and stillness. Rather than trying to achieve or change anything, we simply practise becoming receptive — allowing the nervous system to soften and something deeper than our usual thinking mind to become available to us.
Crystal Sound
The vibrational medicine of crystal bowls create a resonant soundscape that shapes our journey through yoga nidra. Pure tones and frequencies create a felt experience of vibration throughout the whole body. The effects move through both the physical and subtle body, shifting our energetic state, releasing held tension and creating a sense of spaciousness and inner balance.
